Swiss Vegetable Casserole

- 2 16 oz bags frozen veggies (broccoli, caulifllower, carrots) THAWED shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2/3 c sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup shreadded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions (or a large can if you like) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Stir soup, sour cream, pepper, vegetables, 1/2 of the onions and 1/2 of the cheese together.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish - covered.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until veggies are tender.
- Sprinkle remaining onions and cheese on top
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes.

This reminds of a recipe I make, only I use half the amount of veggies and also add pimentos. It's one of my favorites. Shame on your hubby!

Made it! Small story: I realized it was similar to one I had tried a month ago - but that one was so bland it wasn't even worth experimenting to kick it up. Yours is WAY better, no experimentation needed!
