How to make it

  • In saucepan, heat 1 cup of the water with the sugar and cook until sugar is dissolved.
  • Whisk sugar water with lemon juice and add the other 3 cups water mixing well.
  • Blend in batches, mixing 2 parts lemonade to 1 part lemon sherbet and ice.
  • Adjust sherbet and ice as needed to the right thickness you want.
  • Pour into cooled glasses and top with whipped cream and a slice of sugar coated lemon.
