    Hi Kat,

Thank you for your kind comments about the pork loin recipe. You have so many good sounding recipes, Im not sure where to start. I will be coming back many times to go through them more closely. This one caught my eye as I was scroling. Nice sounding flavor combo. I bet the aroma when it comes out of the oven is nice too... Thanks again Jim

This sounds phenomenal, Cat! I'll be trying this soon.
PS: Congrats to you on the Spurs winning the Series. They also are phenomenal. Our hearts are breaking here in Cleveland, but we still love our Cavs! :)

I don't know why fresh chopped leeks wouldn't work.

I don't like using processed ingredients, like the leek mix. Is there a fresh alternative? Thanks, ~Sharon

If you have to triple the recipe to get enough, it must be real good. I'm going to give it a try. Thanks.
