Cool, zesty lemon dessert. Easy to make. Great for brunches, bridal showers etc. A crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
  • 24 Graham Crackers - crushed
  • 6 T melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar.
  • 1 can frozen lemon-aide
  • 1/2 gallon of your favorite Vanilla Ice Cream.
  • Optional - Rasberry ice cream topping.
  • (Smuckers makes a great berry topping)

Directions
  1. Graham Cracker Crust
  2. Mix together, and spread by hand in a 9x11 baking dish.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 min in a preheated oven at 350.
  4. Cool
  5. Ice Cream Fililng
  6. Microwave ice cream for about 35 seconds - until softend.
  7. In large bowl, add Ice Cream, and fold in the lemon-aide.
  8. Fold together until mixed well.
  9. Once blended, pour on top of Graham Cracker Crust.
  10. Freeze for atleast 4 hours or until frozen, or over night.
  11. Be sure to place plastic wrap over the pan.
  12. Cut into squares and serve alone or with the rasberry topping.
  13. COOL and yummy!
