How to make it

  • Heat the oil& fry the chopped onions&mashed potatoes,carrot,peas
  • Fry for 10min,add the chilly,garam masala powder,salt&saute well
  • Remove from the heat&cooldown
  • Make lemon size balls&flatten it
  • Dip it in the egg&coat with breadcrums
  • Sallow fry both sides becomes golden brown
  • Serve hot

    sounds yummy. im semi veggie so this would be great.

    im not familiar with garam masala, though, and i dont think we have that here on our regular store. do you have any substitute for it?
