This is a simple veg.cutlet.you may vary the ingredients according to your taste...served hot with tomato ketchup....

Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes(boiled&mashed)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1/4 C peas
- 1 egg(beaten)
- 1tsp chilly powder
- 1/2tsp garam masala
- 1/2 C breadcrums
- oil to fry
- salt to taste
Directions
- Heat the oil& fry the chopped onions&mashed potatoes,carrot,peas
- Fry for 10min,add the chilly,garam masala powder,salt&saute well
- Remove from the heat&cooldown
- Make lemon size balls&flatten it
- Dip it in the egg&coat with breadcrums
- Sallow fry both sides becomes golden brown
- Serve hot

im not familiar with garam masala, though, and i dont think we have that here on our regular store. do you have any substitute for it?
