Ingredients
  • 3 chipotles in adobo sauce, canned
  • 1/2 tsp. adobo sauce from can
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped

Directions
  1. Finely chop chipotles
  2. In mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients with chipotles
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill
