How to make it

  • Peel and finely slice potatoes and onions

  • add milk and stir constantly until mixture just starts to boil
  • take off heat and mix in fresh herbs and sour cream

This is one of the WORST dishes I've ever tried. It came out as a GIANT, garlicky, GELATINOUS, mound of starch. IT was DISGUSTING to look at and to smell so I HAD TO THROW IT OUT. I didn't even put in all the herbs you suggested because it's just plain stupid and weird to put thyme, oregano and basil in with potatoes. WHY? Don't quit your day job...and I hope and pray it does NOT involve cooking. If your goal was to waste people's time and waste food, then mission accomplished!

I have a similar recipe (i use cream instead of milk - yours is probably healthier), but you add so much more herbs - sounds wonderful
