  • 1 1/2 lb ground chuck
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 TBS dried oregano
  • 1 TBS dried basil
  • 1 TBS anchovy paste
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 32 oz can of whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chocolate milk
  • 1/2 cup parmessaan cheese

Directions
  1. In a large skillet add the olive oil and saute the onion,carrot and celery for 10 minutes. Add the beef,garlic and break apart with a wooden spoon and stir frequently until pink dissapears. Drain grease. Add the anchovy paste, stock and tomatoes and break apart tomatoes while stirring. Cook until moisture dissapears ( around 25 minutes) add the oregano and basil and stir 1 minute. Add half of the reg milk and on a low heat simmer until the milk is almost gone. Add the other half of the milk and repeat. When the moisture is almost gone add the chocolate milk and cook another 15 minutes or so until moisture is gone. Mix in parm and. Serve over spaghetti.
