How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375*
  • In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine soup, mushrooms, chicken, sour cream, onion, celery, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Mix well. Cover. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir to mix well. Drop Biscuits by tablespoonfuls around the edge of casserole. Bake in preheated oven for an additional 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

  • To make Drop Biscuits: In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, pimento, and parsley. Combine milk and egg. Add to dry ingredients, mixing only until blended.

  • If you prefer more biscuit topping, use a 2-quart casserole, double the biscuit recipe and bake 30-35 minutes
