Patsys Creamy Cornbread Recipe
I picked this one up in the south. It's quick and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 large can cream style corn
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 4 eggs beaten

Directions
  1. Grease pan - 11 x 14 - sheet cake size, withpart of the oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Pour in the pan and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Optional: you can drizzle melted butter over before serving.
