Uncle Bens Famous Stuffed Spinach

Don't know who Uncle Ben is but certainly like his delicious spinach.
Ingredients
- 1(10oz.) pkg.frozen chopped spinac,thawed and squeezed dry shopping list
- 3/4c bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2c butter,melted shopping list
- 1/4c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3 lg.eggs,lightly beaten shopping list
- 11/2 tsp. ground black pepper shopping list
- Garnish:sliced tomatoes,ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8x8" baking dish.
- In a large bowl,combine spinach,bread crumbs,butter,cheese,eggs and pepper. Spoon mixture into prepared dish;bake for 15-18 mins. or till firm.
- Garnish with sliced tomatoes and ground black pepper if desired. Serve immediately.

I don't have an Uncle Ben,but he does seem to have a good recipe for spinach alright!
