Honey Barbequed Fish

- 1/4 cup homey shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root shopping list
- 4 4oz tuna, swordfish, shark or other firm white fish. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except swordfish in small bowl; mix well.
- Place fish in shallow baking dish; pour marinade over fish. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. I put in zip lock, and then in dish in case it leaks.
- Remove fish from marinade.
- Grill over medium-hot coals or broil fish about 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish turns opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
- We have this with a nice tossed salad and grilled corn on the cob with lime chile butter. Soooooooo good!
- Do not overcook the Tuna or it will be dry..
