How to make it

  • Halve each anchovy. Wrap each fillet around each olive and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a plate and spread on top the cracked hot pepper.
  • I forgot to take a picture of it when I made it, so I had to stop everybody at the table to munch on them and take a quick picture of what was left. :)

    A niece lives in Italy and I'm fortunate enough to get pancetta, prosciutto, pomodoro secchi, parmigiano, etc at the receiving end. She once sent me a can of this and I will never forget it! This is really good!
