I love salsa and I love bruschetta. Well this is the best of those two worlds, because this tastes like the perfect combination of both! I served this with homemade baked tortilla chips! So good!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato - minced
  • 1 small red onion - minced
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 3 (minced) slices of jarred hot jalapenos
  • 1 Tbls. olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 Tbls. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt ( or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper ( or to taste)

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Refridgerate for about 3 hours.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
