Lillians Italian Salsa

- 1 large beefsteak tomato - minced shopping list
- 1 small red onion - minced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic - minced shopping list
- 3 (minced) slices of jarred hot jalapenos shopping list
- 1 Tbls. olive oil (extra virgin) shopping list
- 1 Tbls. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt ( or to taste) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper ( or to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refridgerate for about 3 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
