Mandarin Cake

- 1 package yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 (11-oz) can mandarin oranges, not drained (will use the juice) shopping list
- 1/2 cup applesauce shopping list
- 4 egg whites shopping list
- 1 (8-oz) carton fat-free cool whip shopping list
- 1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 (1-oz) package fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix together yellow cake mix, mandarin oranges (with juice), applesauce and 4 egg whites.
- Pour mix in 9X13 pan sprayed with PAM or nonstick spray and bake for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile mix together cool whip, crushed pineapple and vanilla pudding.
- Once cake has finished and cooled, use pineapple frosting to coat the top of the cake.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
