  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or maple flavoring

  • whipped cream
  • additional chopped pecans for topping
  • Syrup:
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions
  1. Whisk eggs, sugar, and half and half together in large bowl.

  3. Over medium-low heat, heat griddle or skillet coated with a thin layer of butter or margarine.

  12. In heavy saucepan, melt butter.
  13. Stir in sugars and cook over med. low heat, stirring often.
