Honey Soy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

6 Chicken drumsticks

4 tablespoon of honey (or more if you prefer a strong sweet scent)

4 tablespoon of soy sauce

2 tablespoon of light olive oil

Directions

Heat the pan with light olive oil.

When moderately hot, add the chicken drumsticks.

Pour the honey and soy over the chicken. Stir well.

Cover and cook in medium heat for 15 minutes.

Turn the chicken and cook in medium for another 15 minutes.

Dish up and serve,

OPTIONAL: You can replace other parts of the chicken if you like.

Sprinkle some sea salt while pouring in honey and soy.

Add some mushroom or vegetables if you like.
