Ingredients
- 10 medium size potatoes
- 5 tsp butter
- Velveeta cheese
- Flour
- Milk
Directions
- Peel and slice potatoes. Season to taste. Add butter and cheese. Sprinkle with small amount of flour. Add milk approximately half way up casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees
- 15-18 minutes until potatoes tender.
