Dos Queso Dip Recipe

Mexican inspired cheese dip. Can use any kind of cheese and your favorite salsa. Regular oregano may be used.

Ingredients
- 1(16oz.) sour cream
- 1(8oz) cream cheese-softened
- 1(1oz)pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2c shreaded pepper jack cheese
- 1c salsa
- 1tsp. dried,crushed mexican oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl,blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in taco seasoning. Stir in salsa,oregano,salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Top with pepper jack cheese. Bake in preheated oven 10 mins. or till cheese melted.
