How to make it

  • Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth.
  • Remove stems (you may disgard these or reserve and combine some with filling).
  • Food process cream cheese, garlic salt, dill weed and meat (and some mushroom stems if desired).
  • Place mixture in plastic baggy and cut off corner tip.
  • Squeeze filling into mushroom caps.
  • Place caps on baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes or until filling is golden.
