How to make it
- Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth.
- Remove stems (you may disgard these or reserve and combine some with filling).
- Food process cream cheese, garlic salt, dill weed and meat (and some mushroom stems if desired).
- Place mixture in plastic baggy and cut off corner tip.
- Squeeze filling into mushroom caps.
- Place caps on baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes or until filling is golden.
