Cheesy Corn Macaroni Recipe

This is another family favorite. The perfect side dish to any meal. Great to take to potlucks.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole corn-undrained
- 1 cup small uncooked macaroni
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup cubed velveeta
- The following are optional: onion, celery, pimento
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Put into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Mcboo-Thanks for another good recipe to try! Dariah-velveeta is a processed cheese food. If you have nothing similar, try whatever cheese you enjoy most with macaroni and cheese. Someone else may have a better substitute, but that has worked for me.
