I made this for one potluck and it was so popular I was doomed to make it forevermore. A Mickey Bosley special

Ingredients
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese [softened]
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz can chopped green chilis [drained]
  • 1/2 can black olives [chopped]
  • 1 C shredded chedder jack cheese
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salsa

Directions
  1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chedder jack, chilies, and black olives.
  2. Spread over tortillas; roll up. Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  3. To serve cut each roll-up into wheels;
  4. Pass salsa for dipping.
