Ingredients

How to make it

  • Measure flour and ice cream into mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
  • Fill well-greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

  • *For use with regular flour, decrease flour to 1 1/2 cups.
  • Add 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt.
  • Tips: If a richer muffin is desired, add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

    I had to give you 5 for having such a unique recipe! And I think this may work beautifully, Ice Cream after all, is cream and eggs frozen - so exactly the ingredients for good muffins. Great idea!

    Now that's a different take on muffins! I have both ingredients, but it's still too hot to turn on the oven here - but I've printed this one off so I can make it when it's "baking" time again...I have to see the texture of these (and the flavor!)...I will let you know how I do!
