From Simple & Delicious Magazine ...and this truly is! It's sweet, tart & refreshing all at the same time. Plan ahead ...this needs to freeze overnight. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  • 1qt. fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream; softened
  • 1-12oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate; thawed
  • 2t. grated lemon peel

Directions
  1. Process strawberries in food processor until pureed.
  2. Transfer pureed berries to mixing bowl.
  3. Add ice cream, lemonade concentrate & lemon peel, beating until blended.
  4. Pour into 13x9 pan. Cover & freeze overnight.
  5. Remove from freezer 15 mintues before serving.
  6. NUTRITION DATA:
  7. 1 serving = 1/12 of recipe
  8. 194 calories
  9. 8 g fat (5 g saturated)
  10. 31 mg cholesterol
  11. 58 mg sodium
  12. 30 g carbohydrate
