California Orange Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. orange juice concentrate

1/4 c. cider vinegar

1/2 c. honey

1/4 c. yellow mustard

3 Tbs. soy sauce

2 Tbs. fresh ground black pepper

1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. ginger

1 tsp. salt

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes until flavors begin to combine thoroughly.

Let cool and marinate meat for several hours before cooking.
