Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds browned ground beef, ground turkey, or roll sausage

1 jar or can pizza sauce

2 tubes refrigerator biscuits

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Desired additional pizza toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.

Directions

In medium skillet, brown ground beef, ground turkey, or sausage.

Remove from heat and drain any fat that is present.

In skillet, add pizza sauce to browned meat.

Stir until combined.

Cut refrigerator biscuits into fourths and place evenly into one 9 x 13-inch pan that is sprayed with cooking spray.

Top evenly with meat and sauce mixture.

Onto the meat mixture, place additional desired toppings.

Bake uncovered in a preheated 400-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Remove carefully from oven and sprinkle cheeses on top.

Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
