How to make it

  • mix all ingredients beat for 4 minutes at high speed
  • place in an 9 by 13 greased flour pan
  • bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
  • may need to be baked longer.. use fork to test cake
  • for frosting
  • mix in a bowl the patashio pudding and then add in milk
  • mix well
  • then add in container of cool whip
  • mix all together and frost on cooled cake
  • in this reciipe my mom loves to add pineapple in both the cake and then top some on the top of the cake
  • this cake is delicious
