Quick and easy Cheesy Pizza Bagels with Olive Oil and NO tomato sauce. This is a favorite of both the kids and adults in our family.

Ingredients
- 6 bagels, sliced in half
- 1/3 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. of Italian Seasonings
- 4 cups of 2% milk Shredded Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spread olive oil onto bagels with a brush.
- Sprinkle Italian seasonings over the oil.
- Sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheese onto each bagel.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Had these today for a lunch... I put a thin slice of tomato on part and sprinkled Italian seasoning ... both were good. A fast hot lunch in a pinch.. Good post. Granddaughter loved the one without the tomato.. natch!
