Ingredients

How to make it

  • combine the sour cream and the lemon zest.
  • chill for at least 2 hours or over night
  • ...............................................................
  • brush the bread slices with butter and cut each slice in half diagonally
  • arrange the bread triangles on a baking sheet
  • bake at 350' F for about 10 minutes.. or until lightly toasted
  • let cool completely
  • spread generously but not goopy, the chilled lemon cream on top of each triangle.
  • place a strip of salmon on top of each... be decorative...
  • garnish with the scallions...
