How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix 2 minutes on medium speed of electric mixer.
  • Spoon into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until done.
  • Yield 1 loaf.

    I just got a new camera...and I still can't take good pictures. I took a corner off of the bread - really good for such an easy recipe. I'm going to frost it w/ a cream cheese frosting and serve it at my parent's party tomorrow. Thanks dear!!
