Lazy Campers Cajun Beer Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 Lb. Chicken Legs

2 Cans of Beer

Your Choice of Cajun Seasonings

Vegetable Oil

Non-stick Cooking Spray

Directions

Sprinkle chicken heavily with seasonings.

Pour 1 beer into a pot and place chicken in pot.

Poke holes in chicken and pour 2nd beer onto chicken.

Use more beer if needed.

Cover and set into hot coals. Cook for a minumum of 1 1/2 hour. Juices should run clear.

Total time on the grill is about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

This recipe works best over hot charcoal. Do not cook over direct flames.

This recipe work well in a dutch oven too.
