Lazy Campers Cajun Beer Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Lb. Chicken Legs
  • 2 Cans of Beer
  • Your Choice of Cajun Seasonings
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray

Directions
  1. Sprinkle chicken heavily with seasonings.
  2. Pour 1 beer into a pot and place chicken in pot.
  3. Poke holes in chicken and pour 2nd beer onto chicken.
  4. Use more beer if needed.
  5. Cover and set into hot coals. Cook for a minumum of 1 1/2 hour. Juices should run clear.
  6. Total time on the grill is about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
  7. This recipe works best over hot charcoal. Do not cook over direct flames.
  8. This recipe work well in a dutch oven too.
