Garlic Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup sliced green onions

several dashes of hot sauce(Crystal's brand is great here)

6 to 8 cloves of garlic,minced

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

4 oz. shredded Pepper jack cheese

1 cup chopped black olives

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Place cream cheese, garlic, green onions, cheddar and pepper jack in food processor and process until well blended.

Place cheese, hot sauce, and black pepper in bowl and mix together well.

Form into desired shape or ball.

Roll in black olives and chopped nuts.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Serve with favorite crackers or chips.
