How to make it

  • Saute mushrooms in butter over high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
  • Arrange noodles and muhrooms in layers in a buttered casserole dish.
  • Top with buttered bread crumbd or crushed cracker crumbs and brown in 375 degree F oven about 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika and serve with garlic bread or buttered toast.
