Pumpkin Chip breakfast cookie

- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin shopping list
- 2 Tbs. honey shopping list
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup rolled aots shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice shopping list
- 1/4 tstp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/4 cup nutmeats{Your choice}or chocalate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven:350 degrees
- Spray cookie sheet and reserve.
- In a small bowl stir canned pumpkin honey, egg, and vanilla
- Ina a large bowl: Mix Flour powdered milk <Oats , Pumpkin Spice and baking powder.
- Stir in honey mixture into flour mixture untill well combined.
- Stir in raisins and nuts or Chocalate chips.
- Uswe 1/4 cup measure prayed with oil to scoop dough and place on cookie sheet 3 inches apart Use wet Palm of hand to flatten cookies to 3/4 inch thick
- Bake 18 minutes untill tops have hardened but coookies are slightly soft in center cool on racks store in air tight container
