How to make it

  • Steam or saute green beans in a shallow pan with a bit of water (covered) for 10 minutes (or until slightly crispy, not overdone, but not too crispy). Remove from stove; drain and put in mixing bowl with onion rings and garlic. Mix well. When cool, add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cool in fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve cold with your favorite dish.
