How to make it

  • Beat yellow yolk and sugar for 1 min
  • pour in a bowl seperately
  • Then,add the white and sugar beat high till it form peaks
  • Combine the yellow&white
  • sift the flr+corn flr fold to the eggs
  • Add the melted butter,vanilla ess&fold
  • Spread evenly
  • Preheat 180d&bake for 30 min
  • Cool it&do the icing

    Looks nice . I believe it tastes nice too . Just a small info ... for this cake
    one egg will be equivalent to 60 grams .
    And Angie , didn't u advice me to take lotsa cooling stuffs . So dats where the idea for Icecream cake came from ... haha .
