Sponge Cake

Simple sponge cake......with red cherries&cream cheese icing.....
Ingredients
- 8 eggs shopping list
- 190g sugar shopping list
- 95g selfraising flr shopping list
- 55g corn flr shopping list
- 45g butter-melted shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla ess shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- Fresh red cherries+5oz cream cheese+1/4 icing sugar(sifted)+gelatin 1tsp mixed in warm water shopping list
How to make it
- Beat yellow yolk and sugar for 1 min
- pour in a bowl seperately
- Then,add the white and sugar beat high till it form peaks
- Combine the yellow&white
- sift the flr+corn flr fold to the eggs
- Add the melted butter,vanilla ess&fold
- Spread evenly
- Preheat 180d&bake for 30 min
- Cool it&do the icing
