Ingredients

8 Eggs

190g sugar

95g selfraising flr

55g corn flr

45g butter-melted

1tsp vanilla ess

Icing:

Fresh red cherries+5oz cream cheese+1/4 icing sugar(sifted)+gelatin 1tsp mixed in warm water

Directions

Beat yellow yolk and sugar for 1 min

pour in a bowl seperately

Then,add the white and sugar beat high till it form peaks

Combine the yellow&white

sift the flr+corn flr fold to the eggs

Add the melted butter,vanilla ess&fold

Spread evenly

Preheat 180d&bake for 30 min

Cool it&do the icing
