Simple sponge cake......with red cherries&cream cheese icing.....

Ingredients
  • 8 Eggs
  • 190g sugar
  • 95g selfraising flr
  • 55g corn flr
  • 45g butter-melted
  • 1tsp vanilla ess
  • Icing:
  • Fresh red cherries+5oz cream cheese+1/4 icing sugar(sifted)+gelatin 1tsp mixed in warm water

Directions
  1. Beat yellow yolk and sugar for 1 min
  2. pour in a bowl seperately
  3. Then,add the white and sugar beat high till it form peaks
  4. Combine the yellow&white
  5. sift the flr+corn flr fold to the eggs
  6. Add the melted butter,vanilla ess&fold
  7. Spread evenly
  8. Preheat 180d&bake for 30 min
  9. Cool it&do the icing

one egg will be equivalent to 60 grams .
And Angie , didn't u advice me to take lotsa cooling stuffs . So dats where the idea for Icecream cake came from ... haha .
