This goes well with Rasam / Spicy Tomato Soup .

Ingredients
  • 3 medium potatoes , skin removed and cubed
  • 1 b.onion , chopped into small pcs
  • 1 tsp chilli pwd

Directions
  1. In 3 tbsp oil , saute the onion for a min .
  2. Add the potatoes and continue to fry .
  3. Stir once in awhile .
  4. When almost done , add the chilli powder and check the salt .
  5. Stir fry until well roasted .
