Ingredients

3 apples

3 stalks of Celery

1 can of pineapple pieces

Juice of one lemon

2 tablespoons of mayo'

1 handful of crushed walnuts

1 handful of raisins

Directions

Cut the apples into small cubes

Coarsely chop the celery

Pour in the whole can of pineapple pieces including the syrup

Add the lemon-juice, mayo', walnuts & raisins.

Mix everything together well.

Let stand in fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Remove from fridge and give it one more toss.

Don't be angry with yourself for not making some more.There's always next time to look forward to.

This recipe sounds great... I make waldorf salad every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas, as did my mom when I was a kid. I have never tried adding pineapple. My recipe is just like yours except I add chopped grapes and for the dressing I use mayo, sour cream and whipped cream with a little sugar, I will surely try your recipe the next time I make this... thanks so much for sharing.
