- LARGE red onion, JULIENNED shopping list
- 1 POUND bacon, DICED shopping list
- 2 STICK OF butter shopping list
- garlic pepper shopping list
How to make it
- SPRAY HEAVY DUTY FOIL WITH COOKING SPRAY
- ADD CABBAGE, ONIONS AND BACON, TRY TO LAYER.
- SPRINKLE GARLIC PEPPER THROUGHOUT THE LAYERS, WE LIKE A LOT, SO USE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT.
- CUT THE BUTTER INTO CHUNKS AND SPREAD THROUGHOUT THE MIXTURE.
- CLOSE FOIL TIGHTLY AND PUT ON GRILL, HIGH HEAT, BEFORE COOKING YOUR MAIN COURSE.
- CAREFULLY OPEN THE FOIL AFTER ABOUT 15 MINUTES, GIVE IT A GOOD STIR AND RE-CLOSE THE FOIL.
- MOVE TO INDIRECT HEAT AND ALLOW TO FINISH COOKING, ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR CABBAGE IS TENDER.
