On behalf of me and all of those that ate this, we'd like to thank you for it. It was amazing. I've paired it with a chocolate cake and it tasted out of this world. The cream cheese gave it a slight tang and whipping cream just balanced the sweetness, Just perfect.

It does thicken up a bit when refrigerated, so it may work under those circumstances. However, I would have a back up plan just in case. I really have to stop myself from making this a lot since I truly have no self control w/ it! Your hubby should like this quite a lot! :)

My husband will love this. He is a peanutbutterholic. Would this work for icing the cake as well? Had one when I worked in the bakery that we added peanut butter to the buttercream, it was pretty good but not like this.

I got this recipe from another site...but I had to post it! It's the best! I'll post a pic as soon as I'm able. Word of caution....super addicting and will cause your waist line to do wierd things! For some reason your pants don't fit after eating an entire bowl of this...I just can't figure it out. ;)
