Peanut Butter Mousse

- 1 18 oz jar creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, room temp shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups chilled whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Bring cream cheese to room temp.
- Using electric mixer, beat peanut butter and cream cheese in large bowl to blend.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well blended.
- Using clean, dry, COLD beaters, beat 2 cups whipping cream in a COLD medium bowl until stiff peaks form.
- FOLD (do not stir) into peanut bitter mixture in 4 additions.
- Enjoy!
