How to make it

  • Butter an 8- inch square pan.
  • Heat milk and chocolates over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and nuts or other optional ingredients.
  • Spread in pan.
  • Refrigerate until firm and cut in 1- inch squares.

    Very good! I made a milk chocolate batch, and put toffee bits in half and did Rocky Road for the other half. I wish I would have used semi-sweet chips instead of milk chocolate though, so I would have got a stronger chocolate taste. I will do that next time!
