Bacon Chicken Roll-Ups

Tast y rolled chicken breasts stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.
Ingredients
- 12 bacon strips shopping list
- 6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves(4oz. each) shopping list
- 1 pkg(8oz.)cream cheese,sotened shopping list
- 1 medium sweet onion,halved and cut in slice shopping list
- dash of salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet,cook bacon over medium heat till cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper to drain.
- Meanwhile,flatten chicken to 1/8" thickness.Spread cream cheese down the center of each chicken breast;top with onion. Roll up from a long side;tuck ends in. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap 2 bacon strips around each piece of chicken;secure with toothpicks.
- Place in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Bake at 350 for35-40 mins or till chicken juices run clear. Discard toothpicks before serving.
