Bacon Chicken Roll-ups Recipe

Ingredients

12 bacon strips

6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves(4oz. each)

1 pkg(8oz.)cream cheese,sotened

1 medium sweet onion,halved and cut in slice

dash of salt and pepper

Directions

In large skillet,cook bacon over medium heat till cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper to drain.

Meanwhile,flatten chicken to 1/8" thickness.Spread cream cheese down the center of each chicken breast;top with onion. Roll up from a long side;tuck ends in. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap 2 bacon strips around each piece of chicken;secure with toothpicks.

Place in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Bake at 350 for35-40 mins or till chicken juices run clear. Discard toothpicks before serving.
