Sauteed Nectarine Key Lime Pineapple Starfruit and Mandarin with Pomegranate-Mango Reduction

- About 2 tbsp canola oil shopping list
- 1 nectarine, sectioned shopping list
- 2 mandarins, sectioned shopping list
- about ½ cup pineapple bits shopping list
- 1 starfruit shopping list
- 4 key limes --- one for dish, and three for the reduction shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- pomegranate-mango juice shopping list
- 2 ounces dry red wine shopping list
- about 2 tbsp honey shopping list
How to make it
- In a saucepan, put in the canola oil
- combine the nectarine, mandarin, pineapple, and 1 key lime, sliced
- Cook on medium heat for five minutes, then turn off the burner
- Slice the Starfruit, and reserve
- The reduction:
- About ½ cup pomegranate-mango juice
- Juice of one whole lemon
- Juice of three key limes
- About 2 tbsp honey
- 2 ounces dry red wine
- Place all the reduction ingredients into a small skillet or pot
- On medium-high heat, cook , stirring constantly, until the mixture is reduced to one half its original volume
- Plate
- Combine the fruits in a ramekin or other bowl.
- Drizzle with the reduction
- Add the star fruit on top
- ENJOY!
