Now This Is Good Pork Loin With Tangy Sauce Recipe
So easy! Delicious pork loin rubbed with garlic and chili powder, and drizzled with sauce of apple jelly, catsup, chili powder, vinegar. So good.

Ingredients
  • 4 pound boneless pork loin
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • TANGY SAUCE
  • 1 cup apple jelly
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, optional

Directions
  1. Mix the chili powder and garlic powder
  2. Rub over pork loin
  3. Place the loin in a roasting pan
  4. Baked uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers done
  5. 20 MINUTES BEFORE END OF COOKING TIME drizzle with tangy sauce
  6. TANGY SAUCE
  7. Combine ingredients in a saucepan
  8. Bring to boil, stirring occasinally
  9. Excess sauce mixed with pan drippings may be served on the
  10. side. Additional sauce may also be made to serve on side.

This sauce looks really good! I have been looking for apple jelly for a couple of years now, 'cause I have a salmon recipe that uses it...but no luck to my chagrin, so last time I made the salmon, I substituted pomegranate jelly for it!
