How to make it

  • Preheat the broiler
  • Shred the jack cheese and mix with the cream cheese and the red pepper flakes. Stuff inside the jalapeno halves.Wrap the jalapeño halves with the bacon slices, securing with a toothpick. Place on a medium baking sheet.
  • Broil 5 to 10 minutes, or until the bacon is evenly browned

    I love this recipe and make it regularly. I always make at least twice what I need because my pals (and myself) scarf them down and.... *poof*....they are g-o-n-e. They are very addictive.

    I broil mine a lot - but you can grill these babies, too. Delicious. Thanks for the recipe, Sas. :)

    I have been told about this type of recipe,but never have had them.I like the idea of under the broiler and not deep fried.
