How to make it

  • Cut tops off of jalapeno peppers and remove seeds.
  • Stuff pepper first with small amount of cheese, then one shrimp and then fill remainder with more cheese. Like your filling a paper bag.
  • Wrap pepper with a strip of bacon, using a wooden pick to secure in place.
  • Place each "kiss" on a broiler pan. Broil until bacon is crispy. Drain on a paper towel and serve on plate with sour cream that you have added cumin garlic salt and parsley to taste for the dipping.
  • DON'T FORGET TO WEAR GLOVES!
  • Enjoy!

Some like it hot, but I am not one of them ha ha, I think I will try this with banana peppers instead of jale's, but really bacon and sour cream you can't go wrong!
