Tail Gator Sandwiches

- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard shopping list
- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds shopping list
- 2 packages dinner rolls, the kind that are small rectangles and come in a tin shopping list
- 1 package shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 package of cooked ham chopped ( I use thin sliced ham) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook butter, onion, and sugar together until onions are clear.
- Add mustard and poppy seeds; mix well
- Cut entire sections of rolls in half, setting the top aside.
- Place the bottom layer back in the tin and spread the onion mixture on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Top with chopped ham and cheese.
- Replace the top half of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-30 minutes, until cheese melts and rolls are heated throughout.
