Simple Salad

This salad is so simple to put together, yet it has a cool, refreshing taste. Salad ingredients mixed with fruit make this a very healthy side dish.

Place a mound of the variety of lettuces on the plate as a bed for other ingredients
Add a generous slice of yellow pepper
Add tomato slices on top
Place fresh cucumber and strawberries alongside
The dressing is a simple mixture of balsamic vinegar with extra virgin olive oil
