  • 1 pound crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 (4-ounce) can whole mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F. In large baking dish, combine crabmeat, shrimp, rice, celery, mayonnaise, half-and-half, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
  2. 2. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle over seafood mixture. Bake until casserole is bubbly and crumbs are golden, about 35 minutes.

Made this for a house full of people. everybody loved it. i did not add the rice but served fruited balsamic rice on the side, withiut the fruit. this should be rated a solid 10 many thanks a realm keeper
