Ingredients

How to make it

  • In skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
  • cut 3 slits in each bologna slice.
  • Fry bologna in melted butter, browning on each side.
  • Mix cooked potatoes with remaining butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place bologna in baking pan,
  • Scoop 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes on each bologna slice.
  • Place cheese in middle of mashed potatoes.
  • Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve.

    Well my "kid's" all grown up (kinda - tehe) but I think he would still eat these. He'd make them himself just for fun. Where's the pic, D? Gotta be cute.
